Dave Baxter

Dave Baxter has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as the Restaurants Operations Chef at Whitbread since May 1998, where responsibilities include endorsing standards across all restaurant brands and supporting teams to enhance guest experiences. Prior to this role, Dave held positions as Head Chef at Atholl Arms Hotel and Marriott International, as well as Senior Sous Chef at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. Earlier roles include Sous Chef at Swallow Hotels, Chef de Partie at Forte Hospitality, and Line Chef at Gardner Merchant Inc. Dave Baxter's culinary education was completed at Newcastle Polytechnic, earning several qualifications in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management.
