Duncan Hartree

Duncan Hartree is an experienced solution architect with a strong background in PeopleSoft applications and HR systems. Currently serving as the Principal Solution Architect at Whitbread since February 2022, Duncan focuses on solution design for L&D applications and HCM providers, alongside data solutions for Cerdian Dayforce integrations. Previously, Duncan held roles at BNP Paribas, including PeopleSoft Solutions Architect, where responsibilities encompassed regional upgrades and HCM implementations, and as a PeopleSoft Developer at Société Générale and BNP Paribas, providing expertise in various PeopleSoft interfaces and development projects. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Price Waterhouse Coopers, e-peopleserver, and British Telecom, with early career experience as a Science Teacher. Duncan holds a PGCE in Secondary Science from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from Brunel University of London.
