Josh Brown

Josh Brown is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Kiosk Implementation Manager at Whitbread since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of kiosk software and hardware across over 300 hotels as part of a significant digital transformation initiative. Previously, Josh held the role of Multi-Site Hotel Manager, managing three hotels in Maidstone and launching a new Accelerated Growth Programme hotel that integrated food and beverage offerings. As Regional Implementation Manager, Josh contributed to a double award-winning team responsible for deploying Oracle’s Opera PMS across more than 800 Premier Inn hotels in the U.K. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Hotel Manager at Jack Wills and as Supervisor. Josh is pursuing a BA (Hons) in International Studies, focusing on International Relations and Affairs at The Open University, expected to graduate in May 2027.
