Kate Stables is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the Technology Director for Hotels & Restaurants at Whitbread since September 2025, Kate previously held the position of Group Technology Director and DEI Lead at Fever-Tree from February 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing technology strategy and initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at SSP Group Plc. as Director of People and BI Solutions and Director of IT Development, managing enterprise solutions and IT strategies. Kate’s career began at Micros Fidelio UK with a focus on strategic accounts in the EMEA region, following an early role as Graduate Manager at Mitchells & Butlers and Events Manager at Elle R Leisure. Kate holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Hospitality and Licensed Retail Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
