Lucy Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trading and financial analysis within the hospitality and tourism sectors. Currently serving as Lead Trading Analyst at Whitbread since October 2021, Lucy previously held roles as Group Commercial Analyst at Exclusive Collection and Financial Analyst at ESPA International. Lucy's career began at HVS, where roles included Associate, Consulting & Valuation Analyst, and Market Intelligence Analyst. An early career role as a Research Intern at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels provided foundational experience. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Surrey and has furthered education through programs at Cornell University in 2012 and 2019.
