Currently serving as the Regional Acquisitions Manager for Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants PLC since June 2015, Paul is responsible for the expansion of the Premier Inn brand and its associated restaurants. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Acquisitions Manager at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, focusing on the development of Morrisons M Local Convenience Stores in the East and West Midlands.
