Rowan Edwards

Rowan Edwards is an experienced Project and Programme Manager currently overseeing new-build hotel developments at Whitbread, focusing on project delivery from planning through to completion. With previous experience as a Project Manager at Sandals Resorts International, Rowan contributed to the development of PMO procedures and managed significant projects, including a $40 million resort extension. Prior roles include Project Manager for Star Pubs & Bars, where Rowan managed capital projects, and Associate Director at JLL, delivering large commercial fit-outs and refurbishments. Rowan began a career as a Building Surveyor at DTZ, becoming a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England and a BSc in Product Design from the University of Brighton.
