Sam Giles

Sam Giles currently serves as an ER Case Manager at Whitbread, beginning in July 2023, with a contract extending until December 2025, focusing on managing complex and high-risk casework across restaurant and hotel brands. Prior to this, Sam was with Currys plc for over a decade, holding positions from Employee Relations Business Partner to Senior Employee Relations Business Partner, where responsibilities included driving the ER agenda, advising on complex cases, and leading teams on key projects. Earlier in the career, Sam gained retail management experience at HMV UK LTD, progressing from Senior Store Manager. Sam holds a BSc in Retail Management from the University of Surrey and A Levels in Business Studies, Geography, and Sociology from Mayflower County High School.
