Sarah Ivory currently serves as the Environmental Sustainability Manager at Whitbread, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as a Senior Policy Advisor focused on the Convention on Biological Diversity from May 2022 to March 2023. Sarah's extensive experience also includes over a decade at UNEP-WCMC, where positions ranged from Assistant Programme Officer to Senior Programme Officer from October 2012 to May 2022.
