Scott Fowler

Scott Fowler is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Operations Director at Whitbread since October 2015, Scott oversees the Central UK and Ireland Division for Premier Inn, managing approximately 300 hotels and several dining brands. Previous roles at Whitbread include Senior Operations Director and Operations Director, where responsibilities encompassed leading significant divisions and ensuring operational excellence across numerous brands such as Beefeater and Brewers Fayre. Prior experience at Mitchells & Butlers included managing operations for multiple businesses, achieving substantial annual turnover and profit growth. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Strategy and a Diploma in Management Studies from Birmingham City University.
