Steve Hammond MRICS

Steve Hammond MRICS, MAPM is a highly motivated Construction Project and Programme Manager with 25 years of post-qualification experience, currently serving as the Head of Construction for Germany at Whitbread. Specializing in the Leisure and Retail sectors, Steve has worked extensively across the UK and Europe as both a Client Representative and Consultant in diverse public and private sectors. Since 2007, Steve has played a key role in managing projects at Whitbread, recently focusing on the acquisition of new hotel sites in and around London and overseeing the Premier Inn pipeline in the capital and airport locations. Prior to this, Steve held significant positions at Burberry, Spirit Group, and Scottish and Newcastle.
