Will Carroll has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Will worked at Whitbread as a Commercial Lead, where they were responsible for revenue management, pricing decisions, and developing a yearly trading strategy for 110 Premier Inn & Hub hotels in Greater London. Will engaged stakeholders from different departments to ensure a cohesive approach to London trading.

Prior to that, Will served as the Director of Business Analytics at MIG Global Limited, where they built a business intelligence function and technology strategy to provide insights into sales, operations, and financial performance across multiple agencies. Will implemented an enterprise-wide CRM platform, developed regular reporting and dashboard outputs, and measured the performance of a market research panel.

Earlier in their career, Will worked at Research Now, where they held various positions. As Associate Director - Peanut Labs, they expanded the business to Europe and led a sales and delivery team. Will also served as a Digital Product Manager, developing new ad measurement and mobile-based products. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager, ensuring projects were delivered on time and on budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

Will Carroll's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Cambridge Judge Business School, with a concentration in Global Business, obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from Boston College, between 2004 and 2008.
