Pia Eckerstein

Pia Eckerstein is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in the field, having worked at several notable firms. Eckerstein began a career in architecture at Ellsinger Arkitektkontor from May 2008 to April 2015, where responsibilities included being a leading and participating architect. Following this, Eckerstein served as an architect at Radar arkitektur och planering from October 2015 to November 2017 and subsequently joined Vilborg Arkitekter, formerly known as Ellsinger Arkitektkontor, for a brief tenure in 2015. Eckerstein has contributed to White Arkitekter since December 2017, holding various positions including responsible architect and group chief, and is currently serving as studio manager for education and culture as well as studio manager for Oslo until March 2025. Additionally, Eckerstein holds a degree in architecture from Chalmers University of Technology and has been a supervisor in the architecture department there since August 2015. Prior professional experience includes roles as a graphic artist and advertising producer at Göteborgs-Posten and as an original designer at Explicit & Partners AB.
