Ben Pratt

Ben Pratt, QSSP, has extensive experience in sales and management within the construction and safety product industries. Currently serving as District Sales Manager and Safety Program Manager at White Cap since August 2012, responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, inventory, and training for safety-related products and managing a team of 20 Account Managers along with Inside and Counter Sales Teams across seven branches. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Sr. Account Manager at RMD Kwikform, handling the sales and coordination of Forming and Shoring projects. Ben's career began in 1980 as a Formwork Detailer at Universal / Burke Co., and included various sales positions at CMC Construction Services, culminating in a Branch Manager role. Educational background includes studies from Houston Community College, University of Houston, Chabot Community College, and the University of Texas.
