Jared Drayton

Jared Drayton is currently serving as an Operational Training Specialist at White Cap since April 2023, following a role as a CDP Management Trainee. Prior to this, Jared held the position of Athletic Operations Manager at Montreat College from July 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included hiring and managing personnel for home athletic events and improving stream production, alongside managing transportation for over 20 athletic teams. Additionally, as a Pitching Coach-Mentor at Next Level Baseball from June 2020 to December 2022, Jared coached youth players and educated parents on athletic recruitment. Previous experience includes an apprenticeship in Outside Sales at Parameter Generation & Control, Inc., where business proposals for environmental humidity chambers were developed. Jared began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at Montreat College Bookstore from August 2017 to December 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Cyber Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both obtained from Montreat College.
