John Nikolai

John Nikolai is a seasoned finance and operations leader with extensive experience in systems and reporting. Currently serving as the Director of FinOps Systems and Reporting at White Cap since October 2023, John previously worked as a Manager in Strategy and Transformation at EY, leading engagements for a rapidly growing $8B North American building materials company. Prior experience includes directing IT Business Solutions at Terex Corporation, where John oversaw global teams across multiple regions and managed significant budgets, and serving as Lead Architect for Supply Chain at McGraw-Hill, focusing on ERP solutions. John holds a B.S. in Operations Management and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
