Marty Linka

Marty Linka has extensive experience in the construction supply industry, currently serving as the National Director of Operations at White Cap Construction Supply, an HD Supply Company, since June 1993. Responsibilities include overseeing field operations across over 400 locations nationwide, managing rental operations, rebar fabrication, inventory management, and branch policies and procedures. Previous roles at White Cap include Director of Operations for the Upper Western Region, managing 31 locations across five states, and serving as Regional Operations Manager for 15 locations in Northern California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Marty also excelled as Branch Manager of a highly profitable location, earning the Branch Manager of the Year Award in 1998, and initially started as a Sales Associate handling major accounts. Prior to White Cap, experience includes positions at Burke Concrete Accessories and Petroleum Engineering, where titles ranged from Sales Associate to Construction Foreman. Marty began a career in the construction sector as a Carpenter with Ron Dont Const. Education was pursued at Santa Rosa Junior College from 1983 to 1984.
