Meghan Murphy

Meghan Murphy, MS, currently serves as the Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Specialist at White Cap, where responsibilities include designing and implementing key organizational development initiatives focused on leadership practices, change management, and talent analytics. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Training Specialist and involvement in strategic direction for the Career Development Program at White Cap. Previously, Meghan held the position of On Call Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, and served as Vice President of Finance for Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, managing a substantial budget. Additional roles include Transfer Student Ambassador and Financial Aid Office Student Assistant at Christopher Newport University, along with an internship at Volvo Penta of the Americas. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from Christopher Newport University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology at George Mason University, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Learning Technologies with a focus on E-Learning.
