Sean Thayer has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as District Operations Manager and previously as Branch Manager at White Cap since July 2011. In addition, Sean has participated in the Career Development Program and held a position in Shipping and Receiving at the same organization. Prior to White Cap, Sean worked as a Juvenile Detention Officer at Gardner Betts Juvenile Center from November 2010 to June 2011.
