Stephen Gribbin

Stephen Gribbin is an accomplished supply chain and finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at White Cap since February 2009. Under Stephen's leadership, two distribution network design programs were managed, resulting in a strategic initiatives roadmap for key supply chain programs. Stephen successfully executed the selection and implementation of a warehouse management software solution and is leading the rollout of the first Enterprise Distribution Center network for the company. Prior to this role, Stephen held multiple director positions in Finance, where leadership encompassed assortment management, merchandising, project management, and credit operations, demonstrating a consistent ability to drive operational improvements and optimize performance across diverse teams. With an academic background that includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida, Stephen combines strong educational credentials with a proven track record in business intelligence and credit management.
