Tania Silva currently serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller at White Cap, having joined the company in July 2022. Prior to this role, Tania held several senior positions at WestRock Company from October 2016 to July 2022, including Senior Director of Corporate Accounting, where leadership of a 25-member team included responsibilities for global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and audit presentations. Earlier career experiences include roles as Senior Accounting Manager at NCR Corporation and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Church's Chicken, as well as a Manager in Finance at Aviva plc. Tania began a career in audit and corporate finance with KPMG in Sri Lanka. Tania is qualified as an ACCA and CPA and has completed training with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
