Daniel Kessler

Daniel Kessler is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Support Lawyer and Counsel at White & Case LLP since September 1996, Daniel has developed a strong expertise in this area. In addition, Daniel has been an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law since January 2018, where the focus remains on mergers and acquisitions education. Earlier in career history, Daniel worked as a Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from February 1992 to June 1993. Daniel holds a JD in Law from Notre Dame Law School (1993-1996) and a BA in Government from Franklin & Marshall College (1988-1992).
