Jun Usami has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), currently serving as Office Executive Partner and Partner at White & Case LLP since February 2011. Prior to this role, Jun held the position of Partner at Paul Hastings from September 2001 to January 2011. Jun’s legal career began as an Associate at Mitsui, Yasuda, Wani & Maeda, where tenure lasted from April 1996 to July 2000. Academically, Jun obtained an LLM from the University of Washington School of Law and an LLB from The University of Tokyo, in addition to completing education at Marugame High School and the Legal Training and Research Institute.
