WMC performs aerial and underground construction services including make-ready, strand, coaxial, copper, and optical fiber cable construction, directional boring and hard surface excavation. The company also provides optical fiber cable system design, splicing, and emergency restoration services.

WMC was founded in 1971 and provides services throughout the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic United States from its main field office in Epsom, New Hampshire.
