Jay Puchir

Jay Puchir has extensive work experience in various executive roles. Jay is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ecoark Holdings, Inc. since April 2022 and as the Chief Executive Officer at White River Holdings since July 2022. Before these positions, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at BANNER MIDSTREAM from April 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Agora Digital Holdings from September 2021 to April 2022. In addition, they were the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at FORTIUM HOLDINGS from November 2019 to July 2020.

Earlier in their career, Jay Puchir held leadership roles at Ecoark Holdings, Inc. from December 2016 to May 2018, including the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Finance, Secretary, and Treasurer. Jay also worked part-time as the Chief Financial Officer at Trend Discovery from July 2014 to March 2017. Additionally, they served as the Associate Chief Financial Officer at HCA from February 2016 to December 2016.

Before transitioning to executive roles, Jay Puchir held accounting and financial management positions at The Citadel from February 2010 to February 2016, including the roles of Director of Financial Services and Controller, and Accounting Manager. Jay started their career at EY, where they worked as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant from November 2003 to March 2010.

Jay Puchir obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Afterward, they attended Rutgers Business School from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Management Information Systems. In 2011, Jay obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the South Carolina Labor, Licensing, and Regulation institution.
