White Star Energy (WSE) is an emerging renewable energy platform focused on utility-scale wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects in Poland and the wider CEE region. Our ambition is to become a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) by combining greenfield development, strategic partnerships, and selective acquisitions.

We are building a pipeline of ambitious projects — from early-stage wind and BESS developments in Poland, to strategic M&A opportunities across the region, and even longer-term greenfield growth in Ukraine. Each initiative is designed to address the region’s urgent need for renewable capacity and large-scale energy storage, while offering investors flexible ways to participate in one of Europe’s fastest-growing energy markets.

WSE is backed by White Star Group, a trusted investment and development firm with more than 30 years of experience in CEE. WSG’s 500+ professionals bring expertise across the entire value chain — from development, capital markets, acquisitions, marketing, accounting, construction, to operations. This institutional strength enables WSE to deliver projects with scale, credibility, and long-term value.
