Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at White Toque

Albert Uster has a long and varied work experience. Albert began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Purchasing Manager at Procter & Gamble, then moved on to become a Purchasing Manager at the same company. In 2003, they joined Albert Uster Imports as a Food Service Consultant, then became a Regional Sales Manager and eventually a Director of International Sales. In 2014, they moved to AUI Fine Foods (Albert Uster Imports) as VP of Strategic Account Development, VP of Business Development and Menu Design, and Regional Sales Director. In 2018, they joined Gourmet Foods International as a Sales Manager and National/Corporate Pastry Chef. Most recently, in 2019, they joined White Toque as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Sales, and VP of Baking and Pastry Category.

Albert Uster's education history consists of five institutions. Albert attended Terraset Elementary from 1979 to 1986, followed by Langston Hughes Middle School from 1986 to 1988. Albert then obtained their High School Diploma from South Lakes High School in 1992. Afterwards, they studied Pastry Arts at Gewerbliche Berufschule Winterthur/Konditorei Freytag Zurich and earned a Confiseur-Patissier-Chocolatier degree in 1995. Lastly, they attended EHL and obtained a BSc, HES (Economiste d’Entreprise) in International Hospitality Management in 2001.
