Tim Lipa

Tim Lipa has a wealth of experience in the food industry. Tim began their career in 1987 as VP Sales/Owner at Thyme and Truffles. In 2011, they joined White Toque as Sales Director- Canada. At White Toque, they were responsible for importing food items from leading French food manufacturers, including condiments, vegetables, pastry items, escargot, desserts and ingredients for the food service sector or retail in both frozen and shelf stable categories across North America.

Tim Lipa obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Guelph between 1973 and 1977.
