Simon Callaghan

Simon Callaghan possesses extensive experience in business development, partnerships, and policy advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships for Australia at WhiteBIT, Simon has also held positions such as Featured Ambassador at the Singapore FinTech Festival and Module Lead for Digital Assets Innovation at Cambridge Enterprise. Notably, Simon was the Chief Executive Officer of The RegTech Association and served as a Policy Advisor to Senator Andrew Bragg in the Australian Parliament, contributing to significant initiatives in blockchain and digital economy policies. An educator, Simon has engaged with students at Monash Law and the University of Melbourne in fintech and technology-related subjects. Academically, Simon holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from CQUniversity, among others.
