As Co-founder and Director of White Crow Research, Colvill Banks and Arpeo Solutions, Mark brings a wealth of expertise from his 30 years in the recruitment industry. Most recently Mark has played an active role establishing these businesses as leaders in their respective fields of talent acquisition and talent research to corporations and executive search firms around the globe. Prior to this Mark spent 17 years of his early career with AndersElite, part of the CDI Corporation a leading provider of engineering and information technology outsourcing solutions and professional staffing. Progressing through the organisation to Director, Mark established their market leading e-commerce arm and completed an impressive treble triumph, taking first place in all three major recruitment industry awards in recognition of outstanding achievement.
