Mark Swain

Mark Swain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and talent intelligence sector. As a co-founder and director of WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd, Swain has been instrumental in supporting talent acquisition teams and HR communities across APAC, EMEA, and North America since June 2011. Additionally, co-founding Arpeo Solutions in April 2011 has allowed Swain to enhance back-office processes for the recruitment industry globally. Swain also co-founded Colvill Research and Colvill Banks in September 2007, providing critical market insights and talent identification services to executive search firms. Previously, Swain co-founded Fusion People, serving as director until February 2016, and held a directorial role at AndersElite from January 1986 to September 2003, following an early career as a recruitment consultant at Hays.
