Viral Nagar

Viral Nagar is an experienced Senior Consultant currently working at Belden Inc. since October 2023, with a focus on collaborating with stakeholders in the R&D Department and managing RPO for the entire Engineering Center. Additionally, Viral has held a similar role at WhiteCrow Research since October 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and closing positions in the R&D Department. Prior to these roles, Viral served as a Recruitment Manager at Sattva Human from February 2019 to September 2022, leading end-to-end recruitment processes in India across various industries, including IT, banking, and pharmaceuticals. Viral holds an MBA in HR from Akemi Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Swami Vivekanand College of Engineering.
