Jesse French has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2022, they started working as a Technical Support Engineer at Mend. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they held the role of a Technical Writer & L1 Technical Support at Pitchstone Technology. Beginning in 2014, Jesse worked at Charmed Labs LLC as a Customer Support Lead & Copywriter, where they focused on establishing a friendly customer support atmosphere, creating documentation, and building strong internal relationships. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Draft Technician at Custom Draft, specializing in fabricating, installing, and repairing custom beer systems.
