Tom Shapira

Tom Shapira has extensive work experience in the software industry. Tom started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Mend in May 2011 and worked there until July 2016. At Mend, they later served as the Director of Software Engineering from July 2016 to October 2021. During this time, they played a crucial role in developing software and managing open-source components.

After leaving Mend, Tom worked at Check Point Software Technologies as a Sales Processor from March 2008 to November 2008.

Tom then rejoined Mend in May 2021 as a Product Architect before being promoted to Senior Director of Software Engineering, Incubation in October 2021. Tom currently holds the position of Product Architect at Mend since February 2022.

Tom Shapira earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2009 and 2011.
