Andrew Webber has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career at CIT Group, where they served as the European Marketing Lead from 2001 to 2003 and later took on the role of Head of European Marketing from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they joined ABN AMRO as the Director of Global Marketing - Capital Markets for a brief period in 2006.

In 2006, Andrew joined Microsoft and held various positions over the years. Andrew served as the EMEA Marketing Manager, leading a team focused on driving utilization of financing structures within volume licensing sales. Andrew then became the Business Planning & Strategy Manager before taking on the role of UK Marketing Lead for Indie Game Development on MS Platforms. Andrew's next venture was with Whitespace, where they served as the Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer. In this role, they were responsible for engaging with and building a community of corporate innovation practitioners and leaders, as well as collaborating with technology startups, investors, government, and non-profit organizations to support economic growth through innovation and technology transformation.

In 2020, Andrew joined The Institute of Sales Management (ISM) as a Thought Leader - Sales Technology Innovation and AI. Andrew'srole involved championing the application of AI and ML innovations in sales, client growth, business development, and partner development activities.

Most recently, Andrew served as the Programme Operations and Marketing Director at Emergent Alliance, a not-for-profit COVID-19 response initiative. In this role, they reported to the Board and was responsible for operational and marketing planning and delivery, working with numerous organizations and volunteers to research and analyze the societal and economic impact of COVID-19.

Andrew Webber's education history begins with their attendance at Braunton Comprehensive Secondary School from 1981 to 1986.
