Tim Keller is a Senior Project Manager at WhiteWater, having started in 2025. They previously held various positions at El Paso Corporation from 1991 to 2003, where they managed inline inspection programs and conducted engineering assessments. From 2014 to 2020, they served as a Principal Project Manager at Apache Corporation, directing construction and engineering for pipeline infrastructure.
