Randy Haley

Randy Haley has extensive work experience in engineering, project management, and design. Randy is currently the Vice President of Engineering/Construction/Project Management at Whiting Systems, Inc., a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, Randy was self-employed as a freelance project and patent designer, working directly with patent attorneys and clients. Randy also worked at Whiting Systems Inc. as the Director of Engineering/Project Management from 2010 to 2022. Randy has previous experience at Dassault Falcon Jet, where they served as a Specification and Design Representative from 2008 to 2009 and as an Engineering Team Leader for the Falcon 7X from 2005 to 2008. Randy also worked as a Design Engineer at Dassault Falcon Jet from 2002 to 2004. Before that, Randy worked at ACME Brick Company as a Regional Project Engineer from 2000 to 2002 and at Crane Kemlite as a Chemical Process Engineer from 1998 to 2000.

Randy Haley attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued pre-engineering studies. Following this, they enrolled at Arkansas State University from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
