We empower growth by building elite go-to-market teams with speed and precision.

Whitley Recruiting is a GTM recruiting partner for enterprise-focused tech and growth-stage companies that demand accuracy...not resumes in bulk. We don’t “source candidates.” We deliver hires that are ready to win.

Since 2018, we’ve specialized in recruiting high-impact sales talent for SaaS and technology companies across the Triangle and Southeast. In 2023, WRP expanded outside of technology to support commercial insurance, hvac construction, furniture manufacturing, commercial real estate, and commercial lighting.

What sets Whitley Recruiting apart? Precision. We approach recruiting through an operator's lens, understanding the difference between candidates who look impressive on paper and those who deliver in complex, enterprise sales environments. Our process is selective, tailored, and designed to align directly with your growth strategy.

What we recruit for:
• SDRs & BDRs (volume with accuracy)
• Account Executives (hunter profiles with relevant ACV exposure)
• Enterprise Account Executives (industry-specific experts)
• Directors & VPs of Sales (proven growth-stage builders)

Our results speak for themselves:
• 500+ GTM placements
• 92% of clients are repeat customers
• 44% of clients have made 5+ hires with Whitley

We don’t believe in transactional recruiting. We step in as a true partner... delivering speed, precision, and enterprise-ready talent that elevates your sales organization.
