George Duca has extensive experience in the environmental services industry. George started their career in 1992 as a National Account Representative at Waste Management, Inc. George then worked at Heritage Interactive LLC as a Program Manager, where they managed the implementation of waste management programs for various client facilities.

In 2007, George joined US Environmental, Inc. as an Environmental Specialist and Salesperson. George provided sales support to manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemical companies, assisting them with waste disposal, emergency response, and plant maintenance.

From 2010 to 2013, George served as a Technical Account Manager and Business Development professional at CEMCO-Custom Environmental Management Company, Inc. George developed sales programs and forged relationships with environmental engineering and consulting firms to drive growth.

George then worked at Ravago Recycling Group as a Business Development and Operations Manager. George developed partnerships with resin and plastic manufacturing companies, purchased scrap materials, and managed the operational aspects of a warehouse/service center.

Most recently, George was an Account Manager at Elk Environmental Services, assisting clients with environmental service needs in South Eastern PA and exploring new opportunities in PA, NJ, DE, and MD. George offered a range of services, including waste management, remediation, tank management, compliance training, and transportation.

In 2023, George Duca joined HTG as a Logistics and Technical Services Manager, where they are responsible for overseeing logistics and technical services for the company.

George Duca attended Rutgers University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies.
