Director Of Strategic Partnerships And Events at Whitney Museum of American Art

Eunice Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of art and museum management. Eunice began their career as a Curatorial Associate at the Frederick R. Weisman Art Foundation from 2005 to 2008. Eunice then moved on to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where they served as the Education & Public Programs Coordinator from 2009 to 2011, and later as the Assistant Manager of Corporate Giving from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Eunice joined the Whitney Museum of American Art, where they held various roles within the Corporate Partnerships department. Eunice started as the Manager of Corporate Partnerships from 2012 to 2014, then progressed to Senior Manager from 2014 to 2015. Eunice further advanced to the position of Assistant Director from 2015 to 2016, and eventually became the Director of Corporate Partnerships from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, they took on the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships and Events in November 2019. Their responsibilities at the Whitney Museum included overseeing corporate sponsorship, membership, fundraising events, and external museum rentals. Additionally, they possessed specialized experience in international fundraising strategy and capital campaigns/projects.

Eunice Lee completed The Museum Leadership Program at Columbia Business School in 2022. In 2007, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History of Art and Connoisseurship from Christie's Education. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History from the University of Southern California in 2005. In 2004, they also obtained an Art History Certificate from the University of Cambridge, specializing in Medieval and Renaissance Studies and British History.
