Leadership should stretch you, not break you.

At Whole Leader Lab, we help mission-driven leaders navigate complexity, sustain their energy, and create meaningful, lasting impact—without burnout.

Too many leaders are pulled in every direction, managing high expectations while trying to support their teams and themselves. The pressure to deliver results can lead to exhaustion, self-doubt, and an unsustainable pace.

You shouldn’t have to choose between high performance and well-being.

Whole Leader Lab equips leaders with the mindset, skills, and strategies to lead boldly while staying grounded, resilient, and aligned with their values. Through executive coaching, team development, and leadership programs, we help you:

✅ Strengthen your leadership presence with confidence and clarity
✅ Build resilient, high-performing teams that trust, collaborate, and execute
✅ Develop emotional intelligence to lead with impact and authenticity
✅ Sustain your leadership energy for the long haul
✅ Create a legacy of meaningful, mission-driven leadership

We serve leaders across education, nonprofits, philanthropy, and mission-driven organizations—sectors where the work is demanding, the stakes are high, and leadership can feel isolating.

Our coaching isn’t about quick fixes. We partner with leaders for transformational growth.

Founder Paula Shannon brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience and a “warm demanding” coaching style that challenges leaders to rise to their potential—without losing themselves in the process.
