Across industries and cultures, the same challenges remain at senior levels:
misaligned executive teams, disengagement, and costly leadership conflict.

WhomLab is an Human Resources technology consultancy with HQ in Prague🇨🇿 and Lausanne, Switzerland🇨🇭 with a clear mission:

Upgrade executive and board hiring.

We complement CVs and interviews, with gamification-based behavioral data to build balanced senior leadership teams and boards, with a strong focus on female executives and board members.

What we do

💎 Executive & board-level hiring
💎 Female senior executive & board placements
💎 Board readiness programs at the highest level
💎 Leadership and succession decision support

How we are different

Beyond CVs and interviews, we use scientifically designed games to capture real executive behavior, reducing bias and improving quality in critical hiring and promotion processes.

Impact

🚀 Stronger, more balanced executive teams
🚀 Improved retention at senior levels
🚀 Higher performance and lower leadership friction

Public & EU-backed initiatives

We create and lead initiatives co-financed by the European Commission, including EU Women Leaders 2026, bringing together some of the most talented women in Europe to support the implementation of the EU Women on Boards Directive coming into force in 2026
