Dwight Biddle

Dwight Biddle is currently serving as a Software Group Lead at WHOOP since October 2023. Previously, Dwight held multiple positions at EF Education First from March 2008 to June 2023, including Director of Engineering for both Platform and Mobile/Flights, where significant contributions included building a globally distributed team, modernizing cloud vendor relationships, and developing an offline-first mobile app to enhance customer satisfaction. Dwight also served as Technical Lead, driving the implementation of high-value product features and improving system reliability, and earlier as a Software Developer, focusing on critical projects within CRM, Bookings, and Pricing systems. Prior to EF Education First, Dwight worked as a Software Consultant at Biddle Enviro-Technical Services, Inc., developing an application for automating operations and maintenance manuals for sewage and water treatment plants. Dwight earned a degree in Computer Science and Astronomy from Boston University between 2002 and 2006.
