Laura Ware

Laura Ware is a Data Science Technical Lead at WHOOP since October 2020, specializing in advanced analytics. Previously, at Bose Corporation from July 2012 to September 2020, Laura led AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning initiatives for global consumer sales, focusing on enhancing sales, marketing, and customer service through data-driven insights. Earlier roles at Bose included Senior Data Scientist in Consumer Insights and Product Concept Engineer, as well as participation in an entry-level rotational engineering program. Laura's career also includes experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan and research roles at MIT Media Lab and Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Computational Science and Engineering from Harvard University.
