Kaylani Smith

Kaylani Smith has experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Whova from October 2020 to the present. In this role, they sourced candidates for the Customer Success position using recruiting tools on LinkedIn and Handshake. Kaylani also contacted potential candidates and managed the recruiting calendar to schedule interviews. In addition, they developed communication templates to improve outreach efficiency.
