Leanne Hodson

Leanne Hodson is an experienced reward consultant with a strong background in compensation and benefits management across various industries. Currently serving as a Reward Consultant at WHSmith since April 2025, Leanne has held significant roles such as Head of Reward at Huws Gray and Head of Reward at Headlam Group plc.
