Scott Steels currently serves as the Regional Business Manager at WHSmith, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Scott was with McColl's Retail Group for nearly 14 years, where roles included Regional Operations Manager and Group Operations Manager. Responsibilities included leading and developing high-performing teams to enhance customer experiences while maximizing sales and profit. Earlier career experiences include roles in sales, logistics, and deputy management at ESS - ENN TIMBER AB and McColl's Retail Group. Scott completed education at Market Weighton Secondary School from 2000 to 2007.
