Alexander Dohr

Alexander Dohr, currently working as a Judge at CSSDA, has held various creative and leadership roles throughout their career. As the Chief Creative Officer and Partner at &why, Alexander is responsible for overseeing company strategy, B-Corp activities, sales, and the creative aspects of the business. At auteon, Alexander served as the Head of Design & Brand, leading the in-house creative team and developing a cohesive brand and communication strategy. With a background in UX design, Alexander has also worked as a Freelance Art Director, Motion Designer, and Producer for various projects and documentaries. Alexander's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Technologie und Management from the Technical University of Munich.
