Torsten Poeck is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Justitiar at Baller League since August 2023, Poeck is also a Managing Partner at both &why and df.digital, roles held since January 2018. As a Co-Founder and Prokurist at auteon since 2019, and Managing Partner at Clou Partners GmbH since 2001, Poeck has demonstrated significant expertise in areas such as copyright and media law, financing contracts, and closed funds. Previous experience includes a role as Rechtsanwalt und Partner at SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte from 1995 to 2001 and as a journalist at Klassik Radio from 1991 to 1995. Poeck holds a Staatsexamen und Promotion Dr. jur. in Rechtswissenschaften from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and has studied at the University of Montpellier.
