Why Not I is a mental health tech platform built for elite sport.
We use real-time check-ins and data-driven insights to help athletes and organisations better understand, track, and support mental wellbeing.

Designed by an elite athlete with lived experience, the platform empowers teams to prioritise mental fitness as part of everyday performance.

Why Not I is also a wider movement — using inspiration, aspiration, and mental health education to create real change across sport, education, enterprise, and community sectors.

Supported by a growing Advisory Board of leaders from healthcare, investment, and business, we are committed to transforming culture and wellbeing, not just performance.
